Injury Crash and Arrest on KY 1870 in Russell County

Date of News Release: 02/24/07

(Columbia, KY) - Adam Swindoll age 25 of Russell Springs was eastbound on KY 1870 when his vehicle dropped off the shoulder of the roadway. Mr. Swindoll overcorrected his vehicle and traveled across the westbound lane and struck an earth embankment.

Mr. Adam Swindoll was treated and released from the Russell County Hospital. Upon his release he was lodged in the Russell County Jail and charged with DUI and Possession of Marijuana.
