Escapee from the Transitions Inc in Ashland KY

(Ashland, KY) - Kentucky State Police in Ashland was notified on 10/18/2007 of an escapee from the Transitions Inc (half-way) House in Ashland KY. Subject apparently walked away from Transitions without consent or knowledge of the workers. Subject is Elihue Mullins, w/m, 30 years of age, with blue eyes and brown hair. Mr. Mullins was wearing blue-jeans, white t-shirt, and brown boots when he escaped. Mr. Mullins also has a tattoo on his left arm "elihue" with a skull. Mr. Mullins was lodged on Drug and Theft charges. His destination is unknown but he has family in Ashland and Powell County, Kentucky.

If anyone has information regarding subject, they may contact the Kentucky State Police at 606-928-6421 or their local 911 center. Investigation is continuing by Trooper Brad Simmons.
