Death Investigation in Franklin County

Date of News Release: 11/13/2007

(Frankfort, KY) - On 11/12/2007 the Kentucky State Police received a call that a female had been found at a residence on Flat Creek Road in Franklin County deceased. After further investigation and an autopsy it has been determined that Ms. Sharon Smith died as a result of a self inflected gun shot wound.
