Anderson County Theft Investigation and Arrest

(Frankfort, KY) - On May 25, 2007 the Kentucky State Police was contacted by the Anderson County Attorney, Bobbi Jo Lewis, who said that she had received a complaint of a theft from the local woman's club. After investigating the allegation it was determined that Rose Cunningham had taken over $2,000 from the club while she was the club's treasurer. Cunningham has paid back the money that was taken, but she has been charged with theft by unlawful taking over $300. She was arrested in Lawrenceburg on June 6, 2007.
