Blackburn Escapee

(Frankfort, KY) - Kentucky State Police Post 12 Frankfort is investigating the escape of a Blackburn Correctional Complex inmate. On Tuesday, June 5, 2007 at approx., 12:45 PM, Jeffery W. Reed escaped.

Jeffery W. Reed, D.O.B. 12-11-1966, white male, 220 pounds, 5'11&##4;, last seen with brown hair, green eyes.

Scars and Tattoos:

On right arm a wizard, eagle, skull, cow skull, gun and a rose. On the right elbow a spider web, left arm black cat coming out of a skull and a cowboy skull tattoos.

Kentucky State Police is asking anyone with information about the about Jeffery W. Reed to call Kentucky State Police at 502-227-2221 or your local Police Department.
