Update to Death Investigation in Franklin County

UPDATE: January 23, 2007, 6:30 PM

The autopsy shows that the victim died of natural causes. The victim was identified as James T. Reid age 61 of Frankfort, KY.

(Frankfort, KY ) - On Friday, January 19, 2007 at 5:30 PM, the Frankfort dispatch received a call of an unresponsive male on Steadmantown Lane, 2.5 mile north of Frankfort, KY. Franklin Co. Sheriff's Office responded and notified Kentucky State Police Post 12 Frankfort. Preliminary investigation at this time shows no signs of foul play. An autopsy is scheduled for Saturday, January 20th at the Medical Examiner office in Frankfort, KY. Investigation ongoing by Kentucky State Police.
