Missing Person (Cold Case) in Laurel County

(LONDON, KY.) - On Thursday, September 06, 2007, Tommy and Bonnie Collins (the parents of Michelle Lynn Collins) issued a reward of $10,000.00 for information in a Missing Persons Case that is being investigated by Kentucky State Police Detective Mark Allen. This is in addition to the $1,000.00 reward offered by the Cumberland Valley Crime Stoppers bringing the total to $11,000.00. The Kentucky State Police and the Cumberland Valley Crime Stoppers are asking for the public's help in locating Michelle Lynn Collins, 22, W/F, 4'11", 103 lbs. who was last seen in the East Bernstadt area of Laurel County on 07-06-2004. All leads, to date, have been exhausted with no results. The circumstances surrounding Collins' disappearance are unclear at this time and foul play can not be ruled out.
