Magoffin County High School Students Attend Seat Belt Rally in Frankfort

(Frankfort, KY) - Magoffin County High School students Amanda Howard (center) and Lakin Cheek (right), both of Salyersville, joined Kentucky State Police Sgt. John Blanton at a Primary Seat Belt Law Rally at the Capitol Rotunda in Frankfort on Feb. 7. Graduates of the Kentucky State Police "Drive To Stay Alive" program, Howard and Cheek are working to promote seat belt use among students at Magoffin Co. High School as well as in the general community.
