Phelps High School Student Attends Seat Belt Rally in Frankfort

(Frankfort, KY) - Phelps High School student Cameron Thomas Hardin, of Phelps, joined Trooper Scott Hopkins, public affairs officer for Kentucky State Police Post 9 in Pikeville, at a Primary Seat Belt Law Rally at the Capitol Rotunda in Frankfort on Feb. 7. A graduate of the Kentucky State Police "Drive To Stay Alive" program, Hardin is working to promote seat belt use among students at Phelps High School as well as in the general community.
