Grant County Burglary

Date of News Release: 12/11/2006

(Dry Ridge, KY) - On 12-09-2006 at approximately 1220 PM, Tpr. Delzie Kelly and Sgt. Stacey May responded to a burglary in progress on Eckler Road in Grant County. Three suspects were located and arrested on Assembly Church Road in connection with the burglary. Names and charges are as follows:

1. Jonah D. Patton (24) Dry Ridge, KY - Criminal Mischief 3rd, Impersonating a peace officer, DUI 1st, Burglary 1st, Carrying a concealed deadly weapon and Possession of burglary tools
2. Erik D. Harper (25) Dry Ridge, KY - Burglary 1st
3. Robert B. Taylor (23) Park Hills, KY - Burglary 1st

Williamstown Police and the Grant County Sheriff also assisted the Kentucky State Police.

The case remains under investigation by Tpr. Delzie Kelly.
