Fatal Crash HWY 480 in Bullitt County, KY

Date of News Release: 02/23/2006

(Elizabethtown, KY) - Single vehicle accident, vehicle was heading east on HWY 480 (Cedar Grove Road) when the driver lost control in a curve, dropped off the right shoulder and over corrected and hit an earth embankment and flipped several times.

The driver (Dalles R Trunell ) and one passenger (Cindy Trunnell) were ejected from the vehicle. The Bullitt County Corner pronounced Dalles R Trunell dead at the scene, Cindy Trunnell was transported to U of L Hospital, with class b injuries . The other passenger (Chaz Ruphroch ) was transported for observation only .
