News Release

Wanton Endangerment Investigation in Warren County

Date of News Release: 09/12/2006

(BOWLING GREEN, KY) - On September 12, 2006, Troopers and Deputies responded to the area of William Simmons Road in response to a shots fired call. Upon arrival, units were advised that Ms. Rosalie Graham had allegedly fired a small handgun several times in the direction of a juvenile and her friend awaiting the school bus.

The perpetrator allegedly fired in the direction of the juvenile, who was a neighbor of the perpetrator, while the victim was attempting to retrieve her dog from the perpetrators yard. The victim was in close proximity of her dog while the perpetrator fired at the animal.

The perpetrator was arrested and charged with wanton endangerment in the first degree. The juvenile and her friend were not injured.
