Injury Crash on US 31-W in Munfordville, KY

Date of News Release: 05/25/2006

(BOWLING GREEN, Ky.) -- Melissa Horton was attempting to cross US 31-W from Gentry Street to Mill Street. Ms. Horton's vehicle crossed into the path of Jennifer Alsip's vehicle who was traveling south on US 31-W. Ms. Alsip's vehicle struck Ms. Horton's vehicle in the passengers side forcing Ms. Horton's vehicle into a utility pole The rear seat passenger (Tasmisha Geizer)of Ms. Horton's vehicle was ejected through the rear window.

Ms. Horton's passengers were injured. Daniel Puckett was transported to T. J. Samson Hospital. Tamisha and Josh Geizer were transported to University of Louisville Hospital by STAT Flight. Neither Ms. Horton or Jennifer Alsip were injured in the crash.
