Injury Crash on Oil Well Road in Barren County, KY

Date of News Release: 05/13/2006

(BOWLING GREEN, Ky.) -- Clayton Folden was traveling south on Oil Well Road prior to impact. Michael Tester II was traveling north on Oil Well Road. Mr. Folden's vehicle crossed the center line and struck Mr. Tester's vehicle head on in the northbound lane.

Mr. Folden was treated and released at TJ Samson Hospital. Mr. Tester was stat flighted to St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, TN, where he was admitted and listed in stable condition. The passenger of unit two (Helen Gonzalez) was treated and released at TJ Samson Hospital.
