Detour Information Regarding Crash on I-65

Date of News Release: 05/02/2006

(BOWLING GREEN, KY) - Kentucky State Police is investigating an accident on Interstate 65 at the 21 mile marker southbound. Both southbound lanes are closed. A detour is being established. Southbound interstate traffic will be routed off the interstate at exit 22 onto Scottsville Road in Bowling Green. Motorists should proceed north on Scottsville Road, turn onto Campbell Lane, then proceed southbound on Nashville Road to southbound William Natcher Parkway & re-enter the interstate at exit 20. The accident is still under investigation. Details concerning the accident will be forthcoming later in the day.
