Fatal Crash on Kentucky Street in Warren County, KY

Date of News Release: 04/03/2006

(BOWLING GREEN, KY) - Allison M. Carter age 20 of Evansville, IN was on 13th Street approaching Kentucky Street. David A. Hall age 24 of Bowling Green, KY, in a marked Bowling Green Police Vehicle, was northbound on Kentucky Street. Ms. Carter pulled her vehicle into the path of Mr. Hall's vehicle, which had the right of way, and attempted to cross Kentucky Street. Mr. Hall's vehicle struck Ms. Carter's vehicle in the driver side door. Both vehicles came to final rest in a vacant lot on Kentucky Street. Both drivers were transported to the Medical Center.

Allison M. Carter was pronounced dead by Deputy Coroner Ralph Sizemore. David A. Hall was treated and released.
