Update to Theft By Failure to Make Required Disposition Over $300

Date of News Release: 02/06/2006

(BOWLING GREEN, KY) - In regards to the Memorial Funeral Home investigation that began in September of 2005 of Funeral Director Timothy Hanna (age 46 of Louisville, KY) further investigation has led to the return of indictments and the arrest on the above mentioned suspect. The suspect was charged with 41 counts of theft by failure to make required disposition, violation of trust provisions/pre-need payment for funeral services, and forgery 2nd. The suspect was taken into custody without incident and lodged in the Logan County Detention Center. The investigation is ongoing and further details are not being released.
