Injury Crash on KY 80 in Graves County
Date of News Release: 11/05/2006
(Graves County) - Charles O. Davis was southbound on KY 121 in the construction zone at the new KY 80. Charles O. Davis stated his vision was limited due to the heavy rainfall and he ran the stop sign at the ninety degree turn intersection. Charles O. Davis' vehicle left the south side of the intersection and struck a large gravel mound in the construction area. Both Charles O. Davis and passenger (Marion P. Davis) were taken by a private vehicle to Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield and were admitted for back injuries.
