Trafficking in Marijuana Arrest in Livingston County

Date of News Release: 08/09/2006

(Livingston County, KY) - The Kentucky State Police executed a search warrant at 734 Cedar Grove Rd, the residence of Jerry and Tonya Yaw. Det. Michael Williams advised officers seized 1.5 pounds of marijuana and other items related to the sale of marijuana from the residence. Jerry Yaw was charged with trafficking marijuana (8 ounces to 5 pounds) and was lodged in the McCracken County Jail. Investigation is continuing by Kentucky State Police.
