Fatal Crash on KY 438 in Washington County

Date of News Release: 12/13/2006

(Columbia, KY) - Jeffrey D. Yates age 38 of Springfield, KY was westbound on KY 438/Mayes Creek Road when his vehicle ran off the left shoulder of the roadway and struck a tree.

Mr. Yates was pronounced dead at the scene by the Washington County Coroner.
