News Release

Injury Crash on KY55/KY 551 in Adair County

Date of News Release: 11/28/2006

(Columbia, KY) - Alfred Corbin age 75 of Columbia, KY was stationary in the southbound land of KY 55 waiting to turn left onto KY 551. Fred Corbin age 57 of Columbia was also stationary behind Mr. Corbin's vehicle. James Clark age 45 of Clarkstown, KY was traveling south on KY 55 and was unable to stop and struck Fred Corbin's vehicle in the rear causing his vehicle to strike Alfred Corbin's vehicle.

Alfred Corbin was treated at Westlake Regional Hospital for neck injuries. Fred Corbin was treated at Westlake Regional Hospital and was flown to the University of Louisville Hospital. James Clark was not injured in the crash. All were belted.
