Injury Crash and Arrest in Casey County, KY

Date of News Release: 06/15/2006

Columbia, KY - James Wethington age 59 of Liberty, KY was traveling east on KY 70 when his vehicle left the roadway and struck a house. Mr. Wethington was treated and released at the Casey County Hospital.

Mr. Wethington was arrested and charged with DUI 1st, Possession of Open Alcoholic Beverage Container and was lodged in the Casey County Jail.
