Fatal Crash on Highway 80 in Russell County, KY

Date of News Release: 06/10/2006

Columbia, KY - Trooper Wendell Higgonbotham, of the Kentucky State Police, investigated a one vehicle accident that resulted in the fatality of a Russell Springs resident. Clema L Davis, 78 years of age, was travelling west on hwy 80 when she, lost control of her 1996 Chevy, ran off the roadway & struck a culvert. Ms. Davis was wearing her seatbelt. An autopsy will be performed.
