Injury Crash and Arrest on KY 2284 in Russell County, KY

Columbia, KY - Kentucky State Trooper Jeremy Johnson investigated a single vehicle accident that occurred 5 miles south of Jamestown on KY 2284 @ 1734 hrs. Anthony Loy, 34yo of Russell Springs, was operating a 1998 Nissan when he lost control of the vehicle, ran off the roadway & struck a tree. Loy was not wearing a seatbelt. He was treated & released from Russell County Hospital, charged with DUI, and lodged in the Russell County Jail.
