Injury Crash on Louie B. Nunn Parkway Near Columbia, KY
Date of News Release: 03/20/2006
(Columbia, KY) - A 26-year-old man was injured at 7:43 a.m. Monday in Adair County after crashing his motor vehicle while trying to avoid an dog in the roadway. The crash occurred six miles west of Columbia on Louie B. Nunn Parkway.
Jeremy Carter of Campbellsville was operating a 2005 Dodge van when he lost control of the vehicle, ran off the roadway and struck a rock wall. Carter, who was wearing a seat belt, was transported to Westlake Hospital in Columbia, where he was treated for minor injuries.
