Sodomy Investigation Leads to an Indictment

Date of News Release: 07/04/2006

(FRANKFORT, Ky.) - On 06/28/06, the Franklin County Grand Jury indicted Steven W. Hodges of Frankfort. On 07/03/06, Kentucky State Police arrested Steven W. Hodges and lodged him in the Franklin County Regional Jail. He is charged with 3 counts of Sodomy 1st, Intimidating a participant in a legal process, Unlawful transaction with a minor under 16, Use of a minor under 18 in a sexual performance and Distribution obscene matter to a minor 1st. Investigation is on going by Kentucky State Police Post 12 Frankfort.
