Paint Lick Home Invasion Investigation

(Richmond, KY) - The Kentucky State Police Post 7 Richmond is investigating a robbery that occurred in the limits of Paint Lick. At 0948 this morning, Garrard County 911 received an emergency call from a residence on Old Railroad Grade Road. The caller stated that two armed suspects entered his residence demanding money. The victim asked them to leave. The suspects fled the residence on foot, in an unknown direction of travel. Nothing was taken from the victim or inside the residence. The suspects are described as white males in their early 20's, 5'8" to 5'10" in height with thin builds. Both suspects were wearing dark colored clothing with hooded sweatshirts and ski masks. The names of the victims are not being released at this time. Anyone with information concerning this crime is asked to contact the Kentucky State Police at (859) 623-2404. The investigation by Detective Monte Owens continues.
