Drowning Victim in Grant County, KY Found

Date of News Release: 11/19/2005

(Dry Ridge, KY) - About 1:40 PM. November 19, 2005 Grant County Water Rescue, Grant County E.M.A, Grant County Coroners Office, Kentucky Fish and Wildlife with assistance from Boone County Water Rescue recovered the body of Jeffery A. Fletcher age 45 from Bullock Pen Lake.

Mr. Fletcher of Crittenden went missing around 5:00 PM on the November the 17th and was reported to Kentucky State Police Dispatch Post 6 around 7:30 PM by friends of the family after he did not return from retrieving a boat that had floated down the lake.

An autopsy is being conducted to determine cause of death.

Kentucky Fish and Wildlife and Grant County Coroners Office are continuing an investigation into the death.
