Update On Arrest Of Eugene Collins Jr.

Mr. Collins was arrested at the Owenton Police Department at 10:00 PM on February 06, 2005.

He has been charged with Murder, Rape 1st, Burglary 1st and Tampering with Physical Evidence

He was lodged in the Carroll County Detention Center and has a one million dollar bond.
