Missing Shepherdsville Man Found Deceased

Date of News Release: 07/31/2005

(Elizabethtown, KY) - James Anthony Spalding was reported missing and entered into Link/NCIC by the Kentucky State Police Post 4 on June 23, 2005. Mr. Spalding was found deceased on July 30, 2005 at the Bernheim Forrest Park by Park rangers.

Preliminary investigation indicates no foul play suspected, therefore no criminal charges are expected.

Investigation is ongoing by the Kentucky State Police Post 4 by Detective Arthur Baetzel.
