News Release

Three Arrested After Pursuit

Date of News Release: 11/04/2005

(BOWLING GREEN, KY) - While attempting to serve an arrest warrant at 637 Gault Terry Road a vehicle pulled out of the driveway. Hart County Sheriff Department activated emergency equipment attempting to stop the vehicle. Vehicle accelerated in an attempt to elude officers. Vehicle failed to negotiate a sharp curve and pulled to final stop in a driveway. Once vehicle stopped the passenger attempted to flee on foot. Following a short foot pursuit the subject was apprehended.

The driver (Kasey Flowers) and two passengers (April Cain and Timothy Riggs) were arrested and lodged in the Hart County Jail.

Ms. Flowers has been charged with DUI 1st, Open Alcohol Container In Motor Vehicle, Refusing Chemical Test, Expired Registration, No Insurance, Reckless Driving, Operating On Suspended Operators License, Executing Warrant For Other Agency, Failure To Surrender Suspended License, No Seatbelt, Failure To Signal.

Ms. Cain has been charged with Alcohol Intoxication and Mr. Riggs has been charge Fleeing And Evading 2nd On Foot, Public Intoxication, Possession Controlled Substance 1st Degree 2nd Offense, PFO 1st, Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia 1st.
