Paducah Man Arrested and Charged with 2 Counts of Murder

(SMITHLAND, KY.) Detectives with the Kentucky State Police have arrested a Paducah man in connection with a fatal collision that occurred in Livingston County. State Police arrested Joshua Wayne Neol, 23, charging him with two counts of Murder in connection with the death of Stephanie Kirk and Jessica Wilcox. The Livingston County Grand Jury met today and indicted Noel of causing the fatal crash that occurred on U.S. 60 East of Smithland on October 28, 2005. The indictment was based on evidence and toxicology results. Noel is being held in the McCracken County Detention Center on $150,000 bond. The investigation is continuing by Detective Mike Williams.
