A Paducah Man Arrested for Rape with a Minor
Date of News Release: 11/29/2005
(PADUCAH, KY) - A joint investigation between the Kentucky State Police and the Kentucky Cabinet for Families and Health has led to the arrest of a Paducah man. Investigators charge 51 year old Donald Thomas with Rape 1st Degree, victim under the age of 12, a class B Felony. The investigation that led to Thomas' arrest began on September 19. Thomas was lodged in the McCracken County Detention Center and held on $100,000 cash bond. The investigation is continuing by Detective Michelle Kent.
