Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree-Methamphetamine Arrest

(Livingston, KY.) On 5-27-05 at 8:10am, Detective Mike Williams with the assistance from the Livingston County Sheriff's Department executed a search warrant at a residence on Depot Street in Lake City. After making a forceful entry into the residence, Investigator's located Robert Morrison flushing drugs down the toilet. Grand Rivers Water Department and the Princeton Joint Water and Sewer District was requested to respond to the scene and assist Investigator's in recovering the flushed drugs. The sewer line was dug up and a fiber optic scope was place in the line in an attempt to locate the drugs. Approximatley 5 grams of Methamphetamine and 1/2 Ounce of Marijuana was flushed from the line. Arrested were Jason Crider, Mary Ivie and Morrison (see above for charges). The three were lodged in the McCracken County Jail. The investigation is continuing by Detective Mike Williams.
