An Edmonton Man Arrested and Charged with 3 Counts of Solicitation to Commit Murder

(Columbia, KY.) - On 7/22/05, Trooper Bobby Maxwell arrested thirty-nine year old Matt Hatton at his residence on the Beaumont-Goodluck Road, six miles south of Edmonton. During an investigation, Trooper Maxwell discovered that Hatton was allegedly plotting the murders of two people.

Hatton was taken into custody without incident at approximately 6:58 P.M., charged with three counts of Criminal Solicitation to Commit Murder, and lodged in the Barren County Jail.

The investigation is continuing at this time.
