Death Investigation of a Two Year Old from Marion County, KY

(Columbia, KY.) - The Kentucky State Police is investigating the death of a two year old from the result of drowning in the family pool. Around 7:30 p.m., Michael Patrick Randall Morgeson was found unconscious in the family pool and transported to Springview Hospital in Lebanon. He was pronounced dead at 8:24 p.m. by the Marion County Coroner. An autopsy was performed this morning in Louisville, Kentucky, and the preliminary cause of death was drowning.

Detective Donnie Moses with the Kentucky State Police is investigating this incident.
