Pursuit Ends With 1 Arrest in Whitley County, KY

(LONDON, KY) - On 01-26-2005 Kentucky State Police Trooper Don Sivils was investigating a suspicious vehicle complaint and, when he observed the vehicle and, attempted to make contact with the driver. The vehicle fled from the scene onto KY 1193 in Whitley County traveling approximately 5 miles before the vehicle was stopped by Trooper Sivils and the driver Todd Lynn Day age 36 was arrested and, charged with fleeing and evading, possession of a controlled substance and, numerous traffic violations.
