Assault 1st Arrests in Butler County

Date of News Release: Tuesday, 7/16/2004

(Butler County, KY) - The Butler County Grand Jury returned an 18-count indictment on July 14 that charges 7 persons with the below listed offenses. These indictments stem from a KSP investigation into an altercation that occurred on May 17, 2004 at a private residence on Dockery Ridge Road. One person was severely injured during the altercation and remains under a doctors care. All of those arrested yesterday were lodged in the Butler County Jail.
