Positive Identification on Missing Body Found in Tiline
Date of News Release: 6/29/2004
(TILINE, KY.) Detectives with the Kentucky State Police have made a positive identification on the body found Friday 06-25-04 in an abandoned well in Tiline, KY. The body was discovered while investigating a missing person's case in Livingston County. The body was identified through dental records as Sharon Ray, age 38, of Ledbetter. Ray has been missing since 04-02-2004. The cause of death is not being released but the case is being investigated as a homicide. Anyone with information can call Kentucky State Police at 1-800-222-5555 (in the state of Kentucky only, does not work out of state). The investigation is continuing by Detective Janet Gabbard.
