Kentucky State Police and the FBI has lead to the arrest of a Ballard County man

(LaCenter, KY.) An ongoing case between Kentucky State Police and the FBI has lead to the arrest of a Ballard County man. Today at 1:55 P.M., Detective Jamie Mills arrested Terry G. Day, 43 of Barlow charging him with 1 count of Use of a Minor in a Sexual Performance under 16 YOA. Investigator's served a search warrant on Day's Barlow residence on May 27th and found material relating to child pornography. A minor child was identified which resulted in the arrest of Day. The investigation is continuing by the Kentucky State Police and the FBI with more charges pending. Anyone with information concerning this case can contact Detective Jamie Mills at (270) 856-3721.
