Arrest in McCracken County

(McCracken County, KY)---On 5-10-04 at 9:00 A.M., Kentucky State Police Detective Joey Adams received a call from a local business in Carlisle County advising two men were in their store buying tubing and liquid fire, both components to manufacturing methamphetimine. Detective Adams received a description of the car and located it on U.S. 62 near I-24 in McCracken County. With the assistance of the McCracken County Sheriff's Department, the vehicle was stopped on U.S. 45 in Lone Oak. Detective Adams located a container in the bed of the truck that contained Anhydrous Ammonia. Both men were arrested for Possessing Anyhdrous Ammonia not in an approved container. Rosse, the driver, was also charged by the McCracken County Sheriff's Department with Failure to have License in Possession, Giving Police False Information, and No Insurance. The men were lodged in the McCracken County Detention Center. The investigation is continuing by Detective Adams.
