Search warrants on six Glenn Street Apartments in Lone Oak executed

(LONE OAK, KY.) At 6:00 A.M. this morning, officers with the McCracken County Sheriff's Department, Paducah Police Department, Lone Oak Police Department, and the Kentucky State Police executed search warrants on six Glenn Street Apartments in Lone Oak. Kentucky State Police executed two of the warrants and arrested four individuals. The search warrants were based on drug complaints and evidence linking these six apartments to drug activity. Kentucky State Police Detectives arrested three people living in Apartment 211. William E. Hutcherson, 23 of Paducah was arrested on two outstanding warrants for failure to appear in Fulton County. Also arrested was Dominique S. Hutcherson, 18 of Paducah. He was charged with Trafficking in Marijuana Under 8 Oz. within 1000 yards of a school, a class D felony and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The third person charged from that apartment was Alexandria Torres, 19 of Paducah. She was charged with Possession of Marijuana under 8 Oz. and possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The only person charged from the second search warrant at apartment 210 was Monte D. Rush, 19 of Paducah. Rush was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Contempt of Court in Ballard County. The four were lodged in the McCracken County Jail.

K-9 drug dogs from the Kentucky State Police and Paducah Police assisted in searching the apartment for contraband. Kentucky Department for Families and Children, Mercy Regional Ambulance Service, and McCracken County and Paducah City Animal Control Officers also assisted law enforcement at the scene. The investigation is continuing by all agencies. Please contact the Paducah Police Department and McCracken County Sheriff's Department for information on other arrests.
