Stabbing on Foothills Road

(Frankfort, Ky) The Kentucky State Police in Ashland is investigating a stabbing that occurred on 6-27-04 at Foothills Road in rural Greenup County. Justin Hall age-25 of Greenup , Ky was taken to Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital for injuries he sustained following an altercation with 29-year old Nick Mitchell of Greenup, Ky. Hall suffered numerous stab wounds upon his body and was transferred from Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital to Cabell Huntington hospital where he is listed in -stable-condition. The cause for the altercation is still under invstigation by Trooper Jamie Stephens. Charges against Nick Mitchell are pending
