Wanted Person in Fayette County Meth Lab Update

(Post 12 Frankfort) On September 28, 2004, Troopers from the Frankfort Post executed several search warrants and located a Meth Lab at Maple Grove Trailer Park Lot # A6 in Fayette County. Anhydrous Ammonia and several other chemicals used in manufacturing Meth were found. Kentucky State Police have arrested April Burton, age 31, of Lexington, KY, for Possession of controlled Substance 1st (Meth), Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Lexington-Fayette Urban County Division of Police, ATF, DEA, and the Lexington Fire Department assisted the Kentucky State Police during this investigation.
Kentucky State Police have arrest warrants for Walter Anthony Blanton for Manufacturing Meth, Possession of Controlled Substance 1st (Meth), Possession of Marijuana, Unlawful Possession of Anhydrous Ammonia, Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. There is also an outstanding warrant through Fayette Co. Circuit Court.
The Kentucky State Police is asking anyone with information of the whereabouts of Walter Anthony Blanton to contact the Kentucky State Police at 1-800-222-5555 (in the state of Kentucky only, does not work out of state) or your local law enforcement agency. Do not attempt to apprehend subject. Walter Anthony Blanton is to be considered armed and dangerous.

Walter Anthony Blanton, D.O.B., 12-05-1959, White male, 180 pounds, 5'11'', brown hair, mustache and beard, brown eyes.
