Stabbing that occurred in Spencer County

(Frankfort) - We are investigating a stabbing that occurred in Spencer Co earlier today. The victim was stabbed multiple times and was transported to Shelbyville Jewish Hospital where he was transferred to U of L Hospital for treatment. All police agencies have been notified on the suspect in this incident.

UPDATE: Tuesday , June 15, 2004, Kentucky State Police have an active warrant for ERVIN RAMON PEREZ (Aliases Hevin Escobar), Male Hispanic (DOB 11/23/1979) for Assault 1st Degree. This is in reference to a stabbing in Spencer County on Saturday 6/5/04. It is believed that the supsect is on his way to South Carolina. He is CONSIDERED ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
