Two Arrested On Fraud Charges

(LONDON, KY) - Last week Kentucky State Police Special Investigation Auto Theft Detective Bill Riley arrested Harold Bowling age 56 and his son Johnny Bowling age 32 of London, charging them with Filing a Fraudulent Insurance Claim a Class - D Felony. Both were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center in London.

According to the report on October 13, 2003 Harold Bowling reported the theft a truck to the Laurel County Sheriff department in London. On March 4, 2004 the Pike County Sheriff Department in Zebulon, Georgia recovered the truck along with 8 additional vehicles which had also been reported stolen in the London and Richmond Post area.

Carl Lee Robinson age 42 and Kevin Fields age 35 of London were charged with numerous charges and Lodged in the Pike County Jail in Zebulon, Georgia.

Kentucky State Police Special Investigation Auto Theft Detective Bill Riley and the Pike County Sheriff Department in Zebulon, Georgia are continuing the investigations.
