KSP Post 1 Commander

Kentucky State Police Post 1 located in Mayfield is under the command of Captain Nathan C. Kent. Captain Kent received his KSP commission in April of 1995 and was appointed Post 1 commander in February of 2008.

Post 1 Driving Directions

Driving Directions:

From Paducah, Kentucky -

Get on US-45 and go South for 15 miles.  Turn left on KY-408 and go East for 40 feet.  Turn left on US-45 and go Northwest for 0.2 miles to Kentucky State Police Post 1.

From Murray, Kentucky -

Get on KY-94 and go West for 12 miles. Turn right on KY-97 and go Northwest for 12 miles. Turn left on KY-121 and go North for 2.0 miles. Turn right on US-45 and go North for 8 miles to KSP Post 1.

From Eddyville, Kentucky -

Take Western Kentucky Parkway to ramp at sign reading "Exit 1B to Purchase Parkway / Paducah" onto I-24. Continue on I-24 and go West for 16 miles. Exit I-24 via ramp at sign reading "Exit 25A Purchase Parkway South to Fulton" and go Southwest for 27 miles. Exit Purchase Parkway via ramp at sign reading "Exit 25 US-45 to Mayfield / Paducah" and go West for 800 feet. Turn right on US-45 and go North for 6 miles to Kentucky State Police Post 1
