Three Individuals were Arrested on Multiple Charges

Date of News Release: 04/22/2009

(Warren County) - On Tuesday April 21, 2009 units from KSP DESI West, KSP Post 3, Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, and The South Central Kentucky Drug Task Force, after a two month investigation led by Detective Brad Harper and assisted by The South Central Kentucky Drug Task Force seized approximately 50 pounds of marijuana, assorted amounts of cocaine, 500 dose units of ecstasy, two firearms, three vehicles, and $2383 in U S Currency, after a lengthy surveillance detail revealed drug activity. Arrested were Daren Jennings, Andre Faina, and James Maes of Baystown, TX. They were federally charged with Possession of a Firearm in Furtherance of a Drug Crime, Possession with the Intent to distribute of all three drugs, and Aiding and Abetting. All were lodged in the Warren County Jail. Investigation is being lead by Detective Brad Harper.
