A Jeffersonville resident is arrested for warrants from Clark County District Court

(Morehead, Ky.) -- On Friday July 15th 2011 at 10:05 AM Commercial Enforcement Officer Jerry Hudson stopped a Sunbelt Rentals Inc. vehicle for a safety inspection on Interstate 75 Southbound at the 96 mile marker. During the course of the safety inspection Officer Hudson discovered that the driver, Jeremy T. Holder, 34, of Jeffersonville, KY was wanted on a warrant from Clark County District Court. Mr. Holder was taken into custody and was also charged with operating a commercial vehicle without a fire extinguisher or traffic warning devices as required by Federal Safety Regulations.
