KSP Arrests Horse Cave Man

(Frankfort, Ky.) -- On February 11, 2011, Wesley Seaborne, 30, of Horse Cave, Ky., was arrested by the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch as the result of an ongoing undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. Seaborne had been communicating with an officer posing as a 14-year-old girl and had sent images of child sexual exploitation. He was charged with Prohibited Use of Electronic Means to Procure a Minor or Peace Officer for Sex, Possession of Matter Portraying the Sex Performance of a Minor and Distribution of Matter Portraying the Sex Performance of a Minor. Seaborne was lodged at the Hart County Jail.
